Gregurich Ministries in Kenya:

Ezekiel 47:1-12 paints a vivid picture of a river flowing from the house of God; deepening, widening and growing stronger. Wherever the river flows, life springs up.
This vision has become a prophetic picture of the partnership between Gregurich Ministries and Christ Miracle Gospel Ministry in Kenya. Two streams, different in origin but one in purpose, carried along by the same Spirit of God. |

In 1980, a young man hungry for God, I sensed a clear call on my life: to preach Christ, strengthen the church and raise leaders. That calling has guided every season of ministry I have walked through; pastoral work, global missions, teaching and ultimately the formation of Gregurich Ministries.
When I first set foot in Kenya, I encountered something that marked me forever - a people with deep spiritual hunger and leaders eager to be equipped. In my spirit, I knew this was not a short-term assignment. It was a covenant. Over the decades, my love for Kenya has only deepened. Together, we have taught pastors, trained leaders, invested in children and supported local visionaries who faithfully carry the gospel into villages, schools and marketplaces across their nation. |

Archbishop Alex Ouma Owuoth's journey is one that speaks of faith, humility and unwavering devotion to Christ. Raised in western Kenya, he answered God's call with courage, founding Christ Miracle Gospel Ministry with prayer, compassion and an evangelist's heart for the unreached.
From the beginning, I recognized in him not only a leader but a spiritual brother. Someone whose heart beat in rhythm with the Great Commission. His love for the people of Kenya, his faithfulness to the Church and his servant leadership have made him a pillar in East Africa and a trusted partner in the work of Christ. |
|
When Alex and I first met nearly three decades ago, there was no strategic plan, no organizational merger and no committee vote. What we had was something far more enduring; a witness of the Holy Spirit.

Through our partnership with Trinity Mixed Academy in Muhoroni, thousands of children have received education, meals, uniforms, discipleship and the assurance that they are known and loved by God. Many now serve as teachers, business owners, ministers and community leaders.
Through conferences, leadership seminars and pastoral training, the church in Kenya has been strengthened across multiple counties. What began as simple gatherings has grown into a sustained equipping movement. Through compassion initiatives, water projects, school facilities, teaching and training, families and villages have experienced practical hope alongside the gospel. And through consistent, long-term mission partnership, teams from the United States have formed relationships that transcend culture and geography, serving with humilty, love and honor, year after year. |
